Comfortable Double Room, close to major Unis

We act as an agent for the current occupiers who have available a spare double room in their flat, well located close to the universities.

The tenants, both medical students, have expressed their preference for a female occupier in keeping with their customs, to take the third room, and have advised that their flat is alcohol-free.

The flat is a duplex unit on Cambridge Heath Road (near the big Sainsburys in Whitechapel). It has 2 shared toilets, 1 shared bathroom, a shared living room and kitchen.

Photos show the flat unfurnished (at time of purchase) but is now fully furnitured. The bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, and study desk.
