You'll be taking up the double room in our spacious flat. The room is well-lit, offering a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a busy day.

The best part? You'll be sharing the bathroom with only one other person. We have 4 rooms in total, and 2 of them come with en suites. So, you can say goodbye to the morning rush for the shower. Clean and well-maintained.

🔒 Rent and Bills:
Rent is £976 per month (water is included), and bills (electricity, broadband and cleaner) + council tax are shared among the tenants, usually amounting to £150 p/m. We believe in transparency and have a joint Tricount account, so you'll know exactly what to expect each month.

📆 Availability:
The room is available from August 1st. You'll be joining an existing contract running till March 2025, after which a new one will be made (very standard procedure in London)
