Hi! I am moving out of my furnished double bedroom flat in Whitechapel and looking for someone to take up the room. You would be living with 2 female students both moving into 3rd year, one in dental therapy and one in medicine. It is a 12 month contract starting from 10th Sept 2024 (but you may be able to move your stuff a bit earlier if needed). Rent is £833 excluding bills and utilities (which come up to around £50pm). There are 3 bedroom, one bathroom and one kitchen. The flat is located behind Sainsbury's Whitechapel and is a good walking distance: 20 min to Mile End QMUL Campus, 10 min to Royal London Hospital, 5 min to Whitechapel Station, 2 min from Sainsbury's and 3 min from Bethnal Green.
