You will be sharing the flat with three lovely girls in their early to mid twenties.
There is a fully fitted kitchen (with working appliances) and washing machine, a shared bathroom with shower and sink, and separate toilet.
The location is fantastic with a big Sainsbury’s, lots of cafes, restaurants, gyms, daily markets and a nearby independent cinema.
Within a 5-10 minute walk:
* Whitechappel Station - Elizabeth Line, District Line, H&C Line and over ground
* Shadwell Station - DLR and Overground
* 25 and 205 bus stops within 4 minutes, many more under 10 minutes away
Dates:
2nd August - 25th August (start date may be flexible so do message me to discuss!)
Official start of the new tenancy is 25th August.
The price for the August sublet 2nd - 25th is £705 to cover rent + 80 to cover bills and the cost of the name change on tenancy, but has been adjusted for the shorter period.
After that the price is set by the landlord and the tenancy agreement but should be around £705 with bills around £40-£50 each month!
