Lively East London Flat (Longterm/Females/+24)

We are 3 girls: Carla (26) from Spain, Iris (28) from France and Cloti (25) from France/UK and we are looking for a new housemate (female) to join us in our friendly and lively house in East London. 

We are quite a sociable lot and we like to do things as a house: have dinner together, go out, have a drink in our local pub, 2 or 3 house parties a year however we are also quite independent and have our own lives. We also do all need our alone time and that is perfectly respected too! 

We are looking for a clean housemate, openminded, someone who we don’t just share a house with but someone who can ideally become a friend. Preferable someone who is working. We work from home a couple days a week so the house is usually calm during the day.

What’s on offer is a room with a desk, a drawer unit, and a small double bed (4ft 6) with nice views over the little park in front of our house. The building is a council flat so it could be nicer on the outside but it’s very vibey on the inside. We have a shared living room/kitchen area with a little balcony.

We live about 5 mins away from Whitechapel station and 5 mins away from Bethnal Green stations, and about 30 seconds away from Bethnal Green overground. We live close to Victoria Park, Brick Lane, Columbia Road Flower Market, and there’s tons of stuff to do in the area.
