Whitechapel gaff in a creative household

Hi! We are looking for a person to join our 5-bed, 3-story house in Whitechapel. The place is available starting Aug 26th but needs to be filled by Sept 20th. We are flexible with how soon you want to move in, but it must be by this date! We are in the midst of changing some of the tenants (nothing wrong, they are just changing cities) and therefore re-decorating and diying the place. We would love someone who likes to help garden, stick funky art to the walls, and brainstorm the feng shui of our communal areas lol x

The room itself has a south-facing window with great light and a stain-glass insert built-in (all the rooms have matching ones, v cute). It comes furnished with a desk, set of drawers, wardrobe, and full-length mirror. It is on the top floor and comes with an additional closet outside of the room for extra storage. While the bathroom next to it is shared, it is tidy, clean, and closest to this particular room! The current tenants have been able to have the agency pick up and remove furniture so if you are bringing your own or want to hunt around the markets near here for a different style, that option is available too!

The house is located in a family-friendly close with plenty of space to lock up your bike (brownie points if you are a fellow cyclist ; great bike paths around here). There is a back garden that we are currently landscaping and stalking FB Marketplace to find cool furniture for. We hope to utilize it often and well x The kitchen is our main communal area with a table, lots of storage space, and a large fridge (although hoping to maybe add a mini fridge/freezer to the mix). The kitchen is the area we would love to diy the most and would love a creative soul to assist!

There are 4 current tenants in the house--2 women and 2 nonbinary menaces. We are open to all genders and orientations so long as you are respectful in return. Queer preferred but not a make or break lol. Three of the tenants are students so council tax (Band E) is low/none depending on if you are a student or professional. We have a lovely mix of artists and athletes here and would get along well with people who like to make/see/curate art, go for runs or rides or climbs, go watch the football at the pub, or gallery-hop with us! Good yapper to listener ratio in the house. We are seeking someone tidy, creative, up for socializing but independent, and who wants to LIVE with other people, not just share the space.
