4 bedroom available in 5 bed flat

Hi, I am renting this 5 bed house but need 4 to 5 flatsharers with me.

Room 1 is available at 750pcm plus bills.

Room 2 is available at 850pcm plus bills. A couple or single occupancy room.

Room 3 is available at 575pcm plus bills. Single occupancy.

Room 4 is available at 625pcm plus bills and can become couple room at 725pcm.

Each room will be provided with a wardrobe.

The move in date is soon so need people willing to move in asap. I would need references and 1 month deposit in advance that would go directly to the landlord and protected under my deposit scheme.

There is no minimal clause, you can move out when you arrange for someone else to stay at your place unless the 1yr contract is done.

I have a video of the flat that I can share if you ping me your number. Viewing may not be possible till 7th since they are deep cleaning the flat for now.

Reposting this ad for all those who saw before because the 1st 2 rooms became available. NO BILLS INCLUDED. However they come to 50 a person unless in winter if heat is required than 70 a person. All bills would be sent in common group to ensure transparency.
