Double room available now on Whitechapel Road

Hi - I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy available asap until June 2025. I'm moving as I've found another place to live. The flat room is really well priced for the location (and for London in general!)

The room- Features a double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and metal shelf. Located at the back of the flat and gets lovely morning and early afternoon sun

The Flat - Nice big shower in shared bathroom and kitchen with everything included (gas oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge.) There is a table with chairs and a great view from the window (you can see the city if you pop your head out and look left!)

The location- located right on Whitechapel road, it's about a 5 minute walk to Whitechapel station, a little further to a big Sainsbury's. Perfect location for students of Queen Mary's University. About a 10 minute walk to brick lane and about 15 to Shoreditch. Super well connected with bus routes and underground, overground and Elizabeth Line services from Whitechapel.

Flatmates - 3 girls so ideally another girl. All 3 are students, 1 masters student and 2 in their final year. ideally looking for someone that's chill and friendly

About you - you will need to provide references when changing the tenancy from me to you. Preferably a student (to save on council tax!) and preferably another girl (but not set in stone!)
