About us:
We are queer, politically engaged young professionals working in city planning and human rights: Eunice (they/them, 31) and D (she/her 27). One of us is vegan. We like going on hikes at the weekends, visiting galleries, and watching documentaries :) As housemates, we are chilled and friendly, we like hanging out together but also often do our own thing and respect each other’s space. We both work 9-5 but sometimes D has very early mornings. We’d appreciate someone who has compatible schedules and can respect the need for quiet late in the night. Eunice works from home most days in their own room and D sometimes works from home from the living area.
We enjoy the occasional quiet social gatherings but we are not a party flat. We are looking for considerate people who will clean after themselves and keep common areas tidy. We have a weekly roster for cleaning, which we would expect everyone to partake in. :)
We are an LGBTQ+ household and we require a housemate who respects this. <3
We recognise that finding a place to live in London can be challenging, but we would appreciate if you would introduce yourself with the following information:
- Name and pronouns
- Occupation & hobbies
- Our landlord has specified that you would ideally have a minimum salary of 30k on a permanent contract
- Move in date
- Anything else you’d like to share with us :)
