Unfortunately one of our flatmates is moving out and we‘re looking for a new flatmate in our nice, clean and social home in Whitechapel.

We are Sahin, Gert, and Dana, in our early and mid-thirties, work full time but love to do stuff together on the weekends. Whether it’s a pub or games night, a stroll, an exhibition, or a day trip.

The flat has two floors, two bathrooms and a kitchen with a small dining area. We also have a newly decorated outdoor terrace on the second floor.

The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe with lots of storage room, and a large window with a lovely view on Canary Wharf.

The flat is well located - less than 5 min walking distance to Whitechapel Underground Station, 5 min to Bethnal Green Overground Station and 10 mins to Bethnal Green Underground Station. 15 min walk to Brick Lane and 20 min walk to Spitalfields Market. There is also a huge Sainsbury's 2 mins walking distance from the flat.

The move in date is 1 October and cannot be later!

We’re looking for a female (to keep the male/female ratio in the flat), 27-35 years old,
working professional, and sociable.
