4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We have a living room/office space, a nice kitchen, and a cute little patio to escape to during the hot summers
Insanely walkable and well-connected. Equidistant to Aldgate East (Zone 1, 7-minute walk!) and Whitechapel station meaning you have access to the 🧡 Overground, 🩷 Hammersmith and City Line, 💚 District line, 💛 Circle line, and the 💜 Elizabeth line. We also have a ton of bus routes running through the area. ~20 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station or Spitalfields Market.
Tesco Express at the end of our street and a massive Sainsbury’s nearby.
Negotiated with the estate agency to do some general maintenance so the flat will be in top condition ready for new tenants moving in! All rooms will also be thoroughly cleaned ❤️
Bills are roughly £40-50pp/month depending on usage, including WiFi
This room is facing the back over the patio so it’s quite peaceful and away from the street. It is roughly 2.5x2.66m/8'3"x8'9" (528ft³). The room comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, bedside table, desk, chair, and standing wardrobe. This is the first room on the third floor of the flat.
What we’re looking for:
We’re hoping to find someone who’s generally friendly and pleasant to live with. We don’t have to be best friends if the vibe isn’t there but we at least want a positive relationship with our flatmates and strong communication! It’s also important we have someone who can keep tidy in the communal areas. We do already have a cleaning rota set up so it’d be great to have someone who’s down for that and can keep up with communal responsibilities. As everyone is working or studying this isn't a house for partying but we're more than comfortable with people coming over and other stuff so don’t be concerned about sociability!
We’re open to both students and professionals at the moment, but students will need to contribute to council tax (roughly £25/month per person, Council Tax band B).
