Large double room in whitechapel - £680 a month

Hi!
I have a large double room to let in a 4 female flat.
The flat is around 10 minutes away from Whitechapel Station (Elizabeth line, H&S line, overground and district) and around 8 minutes away from Bethnal Green Station (central line).

The room is fully furnished and has a big wardrobe, built in closet, bed, bedside table, desk and a chair.
It is a very safe area with mostly families around, the flat is on the second floor and we have a lift :)

It is a girls only flat and we keep it very tidy and clean as well as no parties.

The price is £680 a month, we pay the bills separately. Our usual payments are: £13 water, £ 10wifi, around 10-15 electricity + gas. The deposit is £843.75 (5 weeks of total rent of £3375 divided by 4 tenants).

It is council tax band C.

The move in date can start from next Saturday (19th of October)
