The flat is furnished to a high standard, with fully integrated lighting throughout, beautifully thought out décor and lots of mod cons, including Sky HD box (you would need get an account if you wanted non terrestrial channels), a 46 inch wall mounted LED Smart TV and optional Dolby surround sound system.
The kitchen comes fully equipped, and has a fridge freezer, washing machine microwave and dishwasher.
The bathroom is finished in Italian travertine, solid beech and chrome and has underfloor heating.

Bills and council tax are not included, but being a well insulated flat, are relatively low.

The flat is very secure, has pleasant views through French doors and Juliet balcony and benefits from gated private parking.

The room has a double storage bed, modern white stained oak finish wardrobe and chests of drawers, and a glass desk with office chair. Please note the blind is no longer venetian, and is more contemporary.

I've been living here for a year and am looking for someone to replace my former flatmate who will be moving out at the end of January.
I work from the office most days but the flat is well-suited for WFH. The quick connection to Whitechapel station makes it optimal for commuting to work and getting around London.

I am relatively independent, working long hours, but do enjoy the occasional chat over dinner. Beyond, I like to stay active, regularly going bouldering and cycling, so if those are activities you're into, feel free to join!
