Spacious Double Room in East London Flatshare

Large double bedroom in spacious flat in Whitechapel. The 3-bed flat is newly decorated with a good sized kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom.

We are in Zone 2 and very well connected (less than a 5 minute walk from Whitechapel station and Shadwell station). Within 5 minutes from the flat there is a Tesco and Sainsburys Express, and a large Sainsburys around 10 minutes away. There are also a number of markets, pubs and curry houses nearby!

We are a friendly house with busy lives looking for a third flatmate who is friendly, clean/tidy and respectful. We are not a party house, but we do cook dinner together sometimes and have a chat in the kitchen and the odd drink.

We are looking for a woman between the ages of 35 and 50, who ideally would not need to work from home consistently.

Rent is £750, plus bills which are approx. £100 a month.

A little bit about us:

Bruce (trying desperately to not sound like a dating profile) - I'm 49, working locally for a homelessness charity which keeps me incredibly busy. I am office based and spend a lot of time outside the flat socialising out of work time during the week and catching up with friends and family over the weekend. I have interests in travel, photography and still exploring London despite being here for 14 years.

Beca- 35 and work locally for a service office provider. More of a homebody who likes cooking and films, and usually sees family over the weekend.
