Available from 31 January (replacing me) for 4 months initially with the option of taking over the tenancy thereafter (based on the other housemate's plans).
The tenant transfer will be made properly via the landlord and deposit protection agency (both parties have approved).

Living with my buddy, Dan (28). He's a very easy going guy who likes his work, training and lovely pints. His only criteria are someone respectful who keeps the flat as a nice place to live.
Obviously good craic would benefit everyone too!

The flat is very bright and airy as it's top floor (3rd storey).
It's quiet because it has triple glaze windows and it's off the main street.
Flat is fully furnished, with the usual mod cons - all in good working order.
Bedroom furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
