We have a double room available in our gorgeous flat. The bedroom comes fully furnished - with a wardrobe, desk area etc.
It is a five-bedroom flat split into two levels. On the ground floor there is a lovely sunny lounge room, complete with wall mounted flat screen TV, leather furniture and a dining area.
The flat also boasts two modern bathrooms - each with high powered showers. The kitchen is wonderfully bright and very spacious, equipped with all appliances and additional eating area. Everything is kept very clean and tidy as our cleaner visits once a week to clean all the communal areas. You would share the communal facilities with 4 other professionals.
The flat is an easy 5-minute walk from Whitechapel underground and over ground stations, while Bethnal Green (on the Central line) is also within walking distance. The world-famous Brick Lane restaurants are nearby, along with the vibrant outdoor markets of Whitechapel High Street.
Food shopping is also very simple, as there is a very large Sainsburys supermarket located just two minutes from our front door.
This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals who need quick access to the City or Canary Wharf, or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst studying in London.
The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner once a week.
We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. One the day you move in, we would expect 3 weeks’ rent to make up the 4-week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.
So, in summary:
You need to send us £225 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £675 (to make up the full 4 week deposit) plus £975, which is the first month’s rent in advance.
You must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
