I'm looking for someone to take over my bright and spacious double bedroom in our stunning 3-floor maisonette with a private rooftop, available from April 15th - August 21st – with the option to renew for another year.

£1135 pm + ~£190 for bills & council tax

About the flat:
The maisonette gives Brooklyn loft meets London terrace vibes – full of character and space. It’s split across three floors:
- First: large open-plan kitchen (washer, dishwasher, gas fobs), + living space (large dining table)
- Second: two bedrooms + one bathroom (really spacious, clean, and modern)
- Third: our private rooftop and a shed with storage

Location is a dream – Right above Whitechapel station (Elizabeth Line, District, H&C, Overground), and you’re a short stroll to Shoreditch, Brick Lane, the City, and Victoria Park.

You'll be living with a 24-year-old working in finance, who is friendly, thoughtful, and tidy. She is ideally looking for someone who is also a working professional, clean and tidy, and wants this space to feel like a home. She values a calm atmosphere during weekdays and is seeking a flatmate who is respectful of shared spaces and helps maintain a peaceful home environment.

The flat has been in our friendship group for 3 years – it's hosted many dinners, rooftop hangouts, and wholesome nights in. We’re hoping to share it and pass it on to someone who’ll love and look after it just as much as we have.

Videos of the flat are available. The flat comes furnished, but I have added a couple of extra pieces of furniture to the room (e. g. two yellow drawers, a desk and shelf. I am open to leaving some of the pieces behind if the next tenant would like it)
