Big room, awesome location, lovely housemates

Unfortunately i'm departing the UK so am leaving this awesome house 😢

Key info ✅:
- House two minutes walk from Whitechapel Station
- Rent currently £670 per month (with bills coming to a further ~£100ish on top) There is set to be a rent increase in August, which will be taking it into the approx £850 range.
- We're considering both permanent and temporary (3 month) tenants. Temporary let will be at £670p/m to August.

The room🧸:
- Lots of daylight from windows at both ends
-Wooden flooring replaced next week with shiny new laminate!
- You have the top floor to yourself (next to bath & shower room)

The house🏠:
-All amenities as standard
-One shower/bath (with no toilet)
-Two separate toilets (works well, never have people waiting for either the shower or toilets)
-Large sunlit roof terrace
-No living room, but we use kitchen & roof terrace to hang out. And the rooms are all big

Housemates 🤗 :
-Louise: AustralianJazz singer & music teacher. Fun high energy, super cool!
-Bruno: Portuguese Architect. Great for dinner table chats in the evening, deep thinker
-Chloe: English; works for Toy company. Lovely, super helpful, super friendly. Likes baking, & has a pet tortoise who roams the terrace 🐢

Without exaggeration this is the nicest/most welcoming bunch I've lived with in 10 years of renting in London!!

Location🎯:
- Literally next door to Whitechapel station (shedloads of awesome tube line connections)
- Walking distance to Bethnal Green/Shoreditch & all associated nightlife/dining/culture

⏰Timelines:
- Available from April 25th (or possibly earlier with negotiation).
- May 1st would ideally be the latest move-in date
- I'm leaving London for 3 months, and would love to return to the apartment from August (hence the 3 month temporary tenancy option). Appreciate this might not be doable though, so open to permanent tenants too!

Other🔮:
-Deposit for permanent tenancy 5 weeks rent: £773
- Deposit for 3 month tenancy is £400

Bonus 🎁:
- There's a great community in this block of houses- we have a massive shared whatsapp group with 6+ apartments, and all hang out sometimes & have joint rooftop parties occasionally in the summer 😊
