Bright Room in a great locatiom

Hi everyone,

We have a room available in our 3-story whitechapel house. We’ve lived here together for a year and our lovely housemate is leaving to live closer to work. The room is on the 3rd floor and is £850 per month, ideally need someone that can move in officially by May 1st but earlier is okay too because the room is vacant rn also bills come to about £150

About us:
We’re a group of 3 in our mid 20s. We work in comms, events and research. We often go out together, eat together, watch movies together so we’re ideally looking for someone who wants to get involved with that.

We have a cleaning rota but also looking to get a cleaner in April for convenience.

We have a living room, separate kitchen, spare room and a large garden. The house is spread across 4 floors with three sets of stairs and steps to the front and back doors.

The house is a 6 minute walk to Whitechapel station and is really well connected to North and South London. There are also many bus stops along the main high street.

We are about 10 minutes from a big sainsburys, Tesco, and other high street stores. You can easily walk to London Bridge, Shoreditch and Victoria Park.
