I’m looking for someone to replace me starting mid-October (but flexible with a later start). My flatmate is 24 years old and works in banking (2 days a week WFH) and is super clean, quiet and respectful, and expects the same from her future flatmate. She respects personal boundaries and is also happy to hang out with her flatmate 💕
Amenities: 24/7 concierge, gym (with a peloton spinning room), cinema, balcony, access to the terrace, coworking space on the ground floor.
Close (4-min walk) to Whitechapel station, which is well-connected (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith and City lines etc); 30-min walk to Bank/City; 15-min walk to Spitalfields market. The building is primarily populated by young professionals/students; huge Sainsburys 5min walk.
Price for the ensuite room is £1600 per month + bills. Lease agreement is until July 2026. If there’s a good match for my flatmate, am happy to negotiate the price 💗
