I am a laid back but professional person really into music, films, sports and gaming.
The main livingroom has a 55 inch 4k telly, record player and standalone speakers, . All this, of course, you can use whenever you want.
Some quick info, the property is council tax band D, elec is between 60 to 75 pounds a month each (120-150 in total) and broadband is approx 500 mb/s and costs about £22 each (45 in total) Total bills are approx £170 a month.
