Room to rent in friendly house in Whitechapel!

Hello! I'm looking for a replacement in a really friendly 4 person house share in Whitechapel.

The room:
Rent - £800-£820 month (range is as we are negotiating with landlady atm!)
Tenancy - will be able to sign on for a 12 month tenancy, rolling monthly after that. (Although it's always been seamless when people have wanted to move out earlier, as long as we find a replacement).
Bills - £90-£120 depending on the season
Deposit £800

The room is on the third floor, very light, fully furnished with a (shorter) built in wardrobe, plus a large chest of drawers, two smaller bedside tables with shelves, and a double bed with a lot of storage space inside. (The clothes rail and desk in the photo are mine but I'd definitely consider selling if you wanted to keep these!)

The house:
4 bedrooms in total, over 3 floors. HUGE lounge with double doors opening into a decent sized garden, plus a decent sized kitchen, and one bathroom with bath and shower.

Great location for travelling across london, 10 min walk from district, Hammersmith and city, elizabeth lines, DLR and overground, and it's very easy to walk or bus to Bethnal Green, Victoria park, Shoreditch etc. Great facilities, two min walk to a little Sainsbury's, 10 min walk to big Sainsbury's, plus several cheap gyms (pure gym, Energie, gym company etc), lots of pharmacies, Shadwell market.

The house is nearby several smaller parks and has a garden so feels 'greener' than other parts of Whitechapel!

Move in date September 30th (or any day after this that suits you as long as you’re on the contract and paying rent from then).

Housemates:
You'd be living with three amazing gals all 25-27, from Devon, New Zealand and Ireland who work across marketing, HR and for the NHS. We all met through spare room but have become great friends. The vibe in the house is very relaxed, we all have our own busy lives but typically hang out in the evenings and often socialise together.

You:
- Ideally a professional in your mid to late 20s/early 30s,
- You want a sociable home and want to be good friends with your housemates!
