Double room in spacious flat :)

Hi, I am Charlie and am unfortunately leaving my room in a 3 bed flat. It is cosy and light. There is a VERY spacious living/dining room and kitchen, and a balcony, and it is perfect for hosting if that's what you are about. We have 3 couches, 2 dining tables and plenty of chairs. You will share the bathroom with one of my flatmates as the other has an en suite. All appliances are modern. We also have access to a bike shed, and there is a person in the building lobby 24/7. Bills depend on the season but come up to £100 or less, approx I believe.

Everyone is clean and tidy, and super easy going. Alexis is French and Sherald is Canadian, and both work. I've lived here for 3 years and am very sad to be leaving. Alexis will be leaving too in the not-so-distant future so you'll be able to replace them with your friends or people of your choice and take their ensuit room, if you'd prefer that.

The flat is in between Aldgate East and Whitechapel tube stations and walking distance from Liverpool Street station. There are also good cycle lanes nearby.
There is a Tesco Express on the same street, and a Sainsburys Superstore a 10 minute walk away. Spitalfields Market is down the road, as is Brick Lane, which gets you straight to the Shoreditch area.
