Advertising my room as a new tenant pulled out, that the landlady found through Open Rent.
You’d be sharing with a hetro Aussie couple (33) and a single lad (24). They work in film and are often away with work or short holidays and the other tenant keeps himself to himself; I often feel like I’ve got the flat to myself.
Furnishing in the room is a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair (not in pics) and a wardrobe.
Bills PCM are:
WiFi - £11.50
Water - £22.50
Council tax - £32.50
Gas and Electric - £25 (fluctuates)
A cleaner comes once a month, included in the rent.
