Beautiful Spacious Flat in Whitechapel

I’m doing my third year of software engineering at university.
I’m looking for someone to live with for the next year. I have a beautiful flat in Whitechapel and the rent is unheard of in this area. But this is a basement flat that has 24 hour ventilation fitted into the ceilings, current tenants that have been here for 2 years said it being a basement flat has never been an issue, cooking has been fine etc and there’s also abit of natural light that seeps through in each room. Bills are roughly 100 per month depending on the month but we’ll have a smart meter from which we can monitor it. It’s a two bed with an open plan kitchen and shared living room and one bathroom. If you aren’t familiar with Whitechapel it’s very well connected, like a ten minute bike ride to bank and has good food spots too. It doesn’t have wifi so we’ll have to pay for that separately if u don’t mind splitting. The city of London is just a walk away. It has the Elizabeth, Hammersmith lines and the overground, buses, bikes, Shadwell DLR all easy access. The move in date is 16th October so if you like the look of the flat and the area pls don’t hesitate to contact me - we will just need to pay the deposit and do a name change on the contract so that u replace the original person I was supposed to move in with. And of course if you’d like to view we can arrange that with the current tenants too. Female’s preferred. 💕💕
