We have one room going at this place - we've had a last minute drop out and we need to fill the room as soon as possible.
Flat is a 15 minute walk to Whitechapel station, 10 minutes from Aldgate East and 10 minutes from Shadwell.
We are Sam (Works in Music), Gabriel (Film & TV), and Flora (Therapist). Our offer is £3,250 pcm (£812.50 per person) and we would be looking to change the rent split slightly as some rooms are bigger than others. We’re thinking something like £840 for the doubles and £785 for the singles. But we can be somewhat flexible on this.
Viewings for the place may be tricky given our situation but we are working on perhaps getting an additional viewing sorted for people interested. We have already viewed it and we were happy with the place.
