Hi, I’m Stefan 👋 One of my flatmates, Alexis, is sadly moving out of our 3-bed flat on October 22nd, so we’re looking for someone new to join us.

The flat is honestly a gem. There’s a VERY spacious living/dining room (think three couches, two dining tables, and plenty of chairs), a modern kitchen, and a balcony that’s perfect for morning coffees or evening hangs. You’ll share a bathroom with me, as Sherald has an en-suite. All the appliances are up to date, there’s a secure bike shed, and we’ve got a 24/7 concierge in the building. Bills are pretty reasonable — usually under £150 depending on the season.

Your future flatmates? Super easygoing and tidy. Sherald is Canadian and works full-time, I’ve just moved in myself, and we keep things relaxed and friendly. Alexis has lived here for 4 years, which says a lot about the place, and they’re genuinely sad to be leaving. We’d love someone who’s tidy but also up for hanging out — whether that’s playing games, chatting, or the occasional social evening.

📍 Location couldn’t be better: right between Aldgate East and Whitechapel tube stations, with Liverpool Street a short walk away. Tesco Express is literally downstairs, Sainsbury’s Superstore is 10 minutes away, and you’ve got Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane, and Shoreditch nightlife all within walking distance.
