1 Bedroom Available in Whitechapel

Hey there! My lovely flatmate will be leaving the apartment in November and I’m looking for someone to take over his room. I live in the smaller room and you’ll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen/living room with me. Room comes furnished and has a wardrobe.

Rent is 950 a month + ~175 in bills covering everything, so it’s a total of 1125 a month.

The apartment is less than 5-min walk to Whitechapel station (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & City, Windrush - overground)

I’m 29 and work in banking, mostly from my office in Moorgate, so I’m usually out during the day and keep things pretty quiet at home.

Outside of work, I’m active and like to keep busy with the gym, running, and exploring London, but I’m definitely not a party person. I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful of other people’s space, so I think I’d make a considerate housemate.
