Room in 2 bed 2bath flat, Short term

Hello there!
I'm excited to share that my spacious room will be available for subletting while I'm traveling from mid-December to the end of January. I'm happy to be flexible with the exact dates, so please reach out if you're looking for a lovely place to stay during this time!
The Space
The room itself is fully furnished, featuring a comfy queen-sized bed, a generous cupboard, and bedside tables. You'll also love the spacious living area and the fully equipped kitchen. A huge plus is that the dedicated bathroom is right outside your door and will be for your sole use, as the other flatmate has an en-suite!
Your Flatmate
You'll be sharing the apartment with one friendly flatmate. He works in Finance and is in the office Monday to Friday. He's very respectful of privacy and generally keeps to himself, so you'll have a very peaceful and private stay.
A quick note: The building is smoke-free, so we kindly ask that all tenants respect that rule.
