**The room is listed at £850 as I’m moving out from mid December, so it will be available from then.
The usual monthly rent is £1,200 (bills included).
If you’re looking to stay longer-term, the landlord/agency can offer you a new contract from January, and they’re usually very flexible with the rent for long-term tenants! **
