You need to view the flat to justify the price. Come and see. It's a large 1 bedroom flat with high Victorian ceiling, in a central location.

I am home maybe once or twice a month. You will have flat to your self except my room. You will come to realise your not truly in a shared accommodation. Your basically living by your self.

1 bedroom flat on 2nd floor. Behind Sainsbury's supermarket Whitechapel.

You will have a very large 18 square meter room. 11 square meter kitchen to you self.

All bills are paid for. £1500

You can have it furnished or unfurnished. Up to you.
You can get your own bed or I can provide one.

There is all the stuff you need in kitchen already. Fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker.

Whitechapel station is 5 minutes walk.
Sainsbury's 4 minute walk.
Royal London hospital 8 minute walk.
Bethnal green overground 2 minute walk.
Bethnal green under ground 9 minute walk.
Bethnal green high street 6 minute walk.
Whitechapel high street 6 minute walk.

You will be provided with a lodgers tenancy agreement, tenancy cover letter. I will register you with towerhamlets council as a resident.

I will have to see your passport or passport pictures via WhatsApp. I may do a credit check to verify.

If your working I will need payslip pictures. If your on benefits I will need your proof of benefits.

You will have your own massive room. With lock. You can have your own ock or I can provide one.
