Hello! I am travelling for a month, so looking to sublet my room out while I'm away between 10th Jan - 16th Feb.
The room is in a 4 bed house owned by my friend. It's a wonderful group of roomies, with two couples and a single male.
The house has a couple communal areas including the newly fitted kitchen and cosy living room, along with a Sauna!
There are two bathrooms, a small garden and it's in a gated community. The station is only a 5 min walk away, and within a 30 min walk you can be in the heart of Shoreditch/Liverpool Street.
Ideally looking for a female who's available to rent it for 4-5 weeks.
The price includes rent and bills. Happy to clear some space on the clothes rail and in the chest of drawers so you can feel at home during your stay.
