Hi! We’re looking for a new tenant to join as we re-sign on our four-storey terraced house in Whitechapel.

Further details below:
- Rent & bills come to around £1,020/month (incl. Council Tax, internet, etc.).
- Tenancy requires £1015 deposit and would ideally start on the 23rd February- could be the week earlier if helpful.
- The house is a 5-minute walk from Whitechapel station and c.15-20 minutes away from Brick Lane, Bethnal Green and Shoreditch.
- The room is on the top floor with double bed frame and mattress included.
- The house includes a kitchen/dining area, private garden, sitting room and two bathrooms including one with a free-standing bath (see pics below).
- One gated off-street parking space is included at no extra cost.
- The contract will be prepared under the new Renters Rights Act.

We’re a relatively quiet house of three young professional in our mid-twenties. Outside the 9-5 we enjoy trips to the surrounding pubs, communal cooking and making our way to the local park in the summer. We also have the odd dinner party or BBQ, but are generally out and about at the weekends doing some sort of activity!
