Double rooms available from early of February.

Sadly one of our flatmates is moving out at the end of January.

Location:
The house is conveniently located to many major lines and bus routes. 7 min walk Whitechapel station (District, Elizabeth, Hammersmith and city, Overground) 5 min walk to Shadwell (DLR & Overground). 10 min bus ride to Liverpool street and Shorditch.

Lots of nice pubs, shops markets and places to eat in walking distance. 15 min walk from brick lane

The house:
It is a newly renovated Penthouse on the 3rd floor with modern interiors and all the essentials utilities like washing machine/dryer, dishwasher etc. It has a huge living space with a TV and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite).

Bills are not included, it’s approximately £120(winter) per room. Includes all bills council tax, water, gas, electric and WiFi.

The room is on the upper floor with a great view of the city along with the other rooms (£1050/pm + bills)

About you:
Looking for chill outgoing flatmates who get along with everyone and maintains a healthy relationship with their flatmates. You are expected be tidy and treat the house as your own.

Everyone has their own busy schedule, but usually get together in the evening for a drink or a movie etc. This is NOT a party house, but we do have the occasional party here and there. Ofc you’re allowed to invite guests as long as they’re considerate of the other flatmates.
