Sublet - Bright & Cozy Loft Style Bedroom with BH

I am looking for a temporary tenant to take over my former roomate's super bright and cozy bedroom in a loft-like apartment. From the 15th of May till the 15th of July. I am looking for someone clean, organized, who likes to chill, cook, maybe make some art together, as I will still live in the apartment during the tenancy period. I am a fresh graduate, in between jobs, who loves to cook, chill and be crafty but also likes to go out to cool wine bars. The apartment is fully furnished and also full of plants. The bedroom consists of a bed, a wardrobe and two clothing racks. You also have your own big bathroom.

You can enjoy some quality time in the bright living room or have privacy in the bedroom.

The accommodation is very well connected to all types of transport by walking distance:
10/12 minutes from Whitechapel station
10 minutes from Aldgate East station
9 minutes from Shadwell station
Lots of buses that can take you all over London.

Plus being very well positioned as you are very close to Shoreditch, Brick lane and Bethnal green - 15/20 minutes walking distance.

Short stay (2 months) with the possibility of extending the lease for another year.

Side note: Bills are not included in the price, but some may vary on usage (ex. water); therefore, you will be charged based on the consumption monthly. A rough estimate would be 70£ a month (water, gas, electricity, internet)
