Room in Whitechapel avail early March - mid Oct

I am moving out of London early March until late October, and am looking for someone to sublet my room across this period.

The flat itself is in a great location, 5mins to both Aldgate East (District/Hammersmith & City lines) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth/District/Hammersmith & City/Windrush lines), as well as 5mins to Brick Lane and Whitechapel Gallery. You can walk into the City and London Bridge in around 30mins.

You'd be living with 1 girl and 1 guy, who both work a mixture of at home and in the office. You'll also be sharing with a lovely cat called Beatrix! They're two of the greats, and enjoy watching films, TV, as well as cooking and having a few pints (legends...). They are quite social so would ideally be looking for someone happy to hang out and relax together sometimes, but obviously there's no pressure for this to be the norm.

We have a small garden (not looking its best at the moment but is a lovely sun trap in the summer) which is accessible from the living room/kitchen. This is located on the bottom level of the flat, while my room is the level above, with the shared girls' bathroom on the same floor.

Rent is £1,166 p/month, with bills taking the monthly total up to around £1290. Council tax band C.
