Sunny double room in Whitechapel

One of our housemates has unexpectedly and suddenly moved out so we are looking for a fifth housemate!

We are looking for someone who could move in mid June / early July onwards. Ideal for someone looking for a short stay over the summer as we are expecting someone to move in more permanently mid-September. Ideally would also be a student (as you would be exempt from council tax) but professionals are welcome too.

It is a fully furnished double room with a south facing window overlooking the garden.

The house has 6 bedrooms split over three floors, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bath), and an extra toilet on the ground floor. It has two “living room” spaces, a bright and airy kitchen connected to the garden, and a little terrace overlooking the garden.

6 min walk to Whitechapel station and 15 min walk to Bethnal Green overground station.

We are four girls (all at UAL, studying at CSM) and all in our early 20s. We all know each other from university and love meeting new people! We cook a lot, like to watch films together, going out on the weekends for drinks or dinner, and also staying in. If you are a private person we also completely understand and will respect your personal space.

Most of us will be in and out of London travelling over the summer so the house will be much less busy than usual!

The room is £940 pcm not including bills. The bills at the moment come around to about £45 each per month and we are expecting that number to lower as it gets warmer.

We also have another room available of a similar size, just one floor up from this one, for £945 pcm.
