Hi all! I'm sadly leaving my flat in Whitechapel to move in with my partner and so I'm hoping someone else will enjoy this lovely little space that I've been in for the past year and a bit!

THE ROOM / FLAT:
- 2 bed, 1 bath in Whitechapel (E1)
- available whenever, move-in date flexible for the right person!
- lease ends 31 July 2026 but of course you can extend afterwards
- well connected via Elizabeth line, District, H&C, overground (Windrush), and lots of buses; flat is right in between Whitechapel and Aldgate East
- walking distance to Tower Bridge, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Bank etc etc!
- spacious room with some furnishings included (some of the stuff belongs to me, some of it to the agency)
- big ground floor with full living room and kitchen
- sharing with Lucie: 30s, very lovely French girl who WFH 2-3 days a week, loves dance and gym, and has a cute little Chihuahua part time!
- £945/pm which includes water; other bills not included and roughly £110-170/pp per month (council tax, wifi, electricity, biweekly cleaner, etc)

YOU:
- working professional, very clean, organised; we've put in a huge amount of effort to make this flat clean and homey, so cleanliness is a HUGE priority for us!
- WFH is totally fine, would just prefer not full time, preferably someone who's looking for a long term home
- prefers a good mix of social time and solo as well; previous flatmate used to be a hermit in their room all the time and that's definitely not the vibe here
- must be able to pass agency referencing
- apologies but no students or couples
