I am looking for two new tenants to take over my super bright and cozy bedroom in a loft-like apartment.

The apartment is furnished, has two big bedrooms with each their own bathroom. One is en-suite whilst the other is bigger and in the hallway, there is also a small storage room in the hallway.

The accommodation is very well connected to all types of transport by walking distance:
10/12 minutes from Whitechapel station
10 minutes from Aldgate East station
9 minutes from Shadwell station
Lots of buses that can take you all over London.

Plus being very well positioned as you are very close to Shoreditch, Brick lane, Wapping and Bethnal green - 15/20 minutes walking distance.

Minimum 2 months, preferably 12 months lease (Property is managed by Coopers)

Side note: Bills are not included in the price, but some may vary on usage (ex. water); therefore, you will be charged based on the consumption monthly. A rough estimate would be 70-150£ a month (water, gas, electricity)
