Three rooms in our four bedroom flat are coming available as three of our queer family members begin new adventures elsewhere! (We will be doing viewings from w/c 15th June) x

Room 1: Large double room £860 per month + bills
The room is a furnished large double. It has a big window and lots of light!

Room 2: Large double room £860 per month + bills
The room is a furnished large double with built in wardrobe. It has a big window, and is south facing getting lots of sun in the afternoons.

Room 3 (flexible move in end of June-end of July): Small double room £750 per month + bills
The room is a furnished small double. It has a floor to ceiling window, and is south facing getting lots of sun in the afternoons.

Heating is free / included in rent price

TIMELINE: Flexible move in end of June

LOCATION: Bethnal Green. It is super well connected as it is almost exactly in the centre between Whitechapel Station, Bethnal Green Overground, and Bethnal Green underground stations. (District, Central, Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City, Windrush and Weaver).

FLAT: The flat is a 4-bedroom located in Bethnal Green. It has a bathroom and a separate toilet shared between all rooms. The living room is spacious with a comfy couch and we also have a balcony that we all love (best part of the flat if you ask me).

FLATMATES: You'd be moving in with Nic and Nina, we are a busy couple who both work full time and spend a lot of time at our art studio outside of work. We are both artists with day jobs. Nic works in admin and Nina with plants in the horticulture industry. We would love to continue the friendly community vibe in the flat that we have going at the moment and are looking to build up our sweet little flat family again. We are always keen for a beer in the park, a movie night, we love to go to gigs

ACCESSIBILITY: The flat is located on the second floor (aprrox. 40 steps) with no lift, and internally the flat has a seond flight of stairs (12 steps) with all the bedrooms situated upstairs.
