Hi!
I live in a three-bed flat and two flatmates will be leaving (July 31) at the end of the original tenancy but I’m keen to stay. I have lived here since last August and I am looking for two calm, tidy and friendly guys who will also make the flat feel like home.
The flat is on the 4th floor of a converted building and is well-insulated and doesn’t get mouldy!! (a main reason for staying after years of cold/damp winters in previous bad tenancies).
One room is furnished en-suite and the other room is unfurnished and would share a bathroom with me (furnishing should be possible via agency if we need).
The kitchen/social area is open-plan with lots of natural light and space, leading out to a small balcony. I spend a lot of time in the living room when I’m at home, love socialising and sharing a bottle of wine.
The figures:
- Overall rent will be £3000 split as 2x £975 and 1x £1050 (en-suite).
- Council tax band E (Tower Hamlets).
- Water is £46 a month (paid to landlord on top of rent).
- Energy bills have averaged out at £45 a month each.
- WiFi contract can be set up once both new tenants are here (I cancelled the Hyperoptic contract because they doubled their prices!).
