Room 1: Large double room - £970 per month + bills - MOVE IN 25/26 JULY

The room is a partly furnished with large double bed and a couple of sets of shelves. It has a big window, a walk-in wardrobe, a reasonable amount of floor space, you can very comfortably fit a desk set up along side the bed and is north facing so gets all the morning sun!


Room 2: Small double room - £750 per month + bills - MOVE IN FLEXIBLE/MID- END OF JULY

The room is a furnished small double. Comes with a double bed, and a free standing wardrobe. It has a floor to ceiling window, and is south facing getting lots of sun in the afternoons.

Heating is included in rent


LOCATION: Bethnal Green. It is super well connected as it is almost exactly in the centre between Whitechapel Station, Bethnal Green Overground, and Bethnal Green underground stations. (District, Central, Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City, Windrush and Weaver).


FLAT: The flat has 4-bedrooms with a separate kitchen and spacious living room with a comfy couch (great for naps) and gets AMAZING afternoon sun and we also have a balcony that we all love (best part of the flat if you ask me). There is a separate bathroom and toilet shared between the flatmates.


FLATMATES: You'd be moving in with Izzy (she/her) and Lauren (she/her). We both work in the charity sector (Izzy in humanitarian aid and Lauren in healthcare) and we are both queer vegan lefty types. We met doing climate activism and really enjoy having a community vibe from living together, spending time going to events, and also chilling at home. We really like arts and crafts, theatre, exploring green spaces, cheffing up (for the flat 😉), and also just watching shit TV with tea and pals. We would love to continue the friendly community vibe in the flat that we have going at the moment and are looking to build up our sweet little flat family again.


YOU: We are looking for someone who would like to join our friendly vibe queer chosen family type thing (join us for our occasional coffees, picnics, and pints and who's ok with keeping the flat clean). We are vegans and would like to keep a meat free house, so all vegans/veggies and pescos please feel free to enquire!! ACCESSIBILITY: The flat is located on the second floor (approx. 40 steps) with no lift, and internally the flat has a second flight of stairs (12 steps) with all the bedrooms situated upstairs.
