Cosy Room for Professional Woman/ Non-binary person in late 20s/ 30s Whitechapel with Lovely Housemates: move in asap

The Room & Flat:
Fully furnished double room with heaps of natural light. Desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers provided.
Clean, tidy, calm, and friendly home vibe. I’m honestly gutted to be leaving, but I’m relocating to Spain! I’m keen to find someone equally lovely to take over my spot and join this incredible home.
£820 a month + bills (normally around £120 a month, including council tax, depending on use)

The Flatmates:
Ash (29) and Kate (28), friendly professionals who enjoy a hangout in the kitchen, having flat wine and cheese night every now and then, but also value their own time.
Ash recently came back from a year solo-travelling mostly around Asia, and is now working in tech sales in Shoreditch (in the office most days). She loves reading, chilling in Victoria Park and baking - so there's often fresh sourdough and baked goods up for grabs!
Kate works as a social researcher, enjoys reading and galleries and does lots of sports including yoga, running (Regent's canal is an 8-minute run from us!) and most recently is getting into bouldering.
Location & Transport (A commuter’s dream!):
8-min walk to Whitechapel station (Elizabeth Line, Hammersmith & City, District, and Overground)
8-min walk to Stepney Green station
15-min walk to Bethnal Green (Central Line & Overground)
In a fantastic neighbourhood with super easy access to Hackney, Bethnal Green, and Central London

Move-in Date:
Mid-late August (flexible, but the sooner the better!)
