Hi girlies, 1x tenancy takeovers! I'm moving out in Sep/Oct with my friends and looking for someone to takeover

🏡 I’ve been in the flat for a year and we’ve made the flat a home, we often have meals together, go out and do flat activities but also have our own thing going on! So would love to have this vibe with the new girly as well and be friends as well as flatmates :)

You'd be living with Tej, 26, works in tech consulting, mainly WFH. She loves cooking and hosting so there’ll be good food in the house 🥘 she's into anime, boardgames, makeup, lego, and a really big matcha addict 🍵 looking for someone w the same interests and vibes

We're looking to find someone who’s a similar age ~25 - 30 and is a professional (apologies students this is for council tax reasons) Minimum salary is £40k.

🔑 About the flat:
- It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath (both rooms are the exact same size)
- Room: Double bed with ample space for a desk
- Rent: £1100
- Bills: ~200
- Additional: £220 (one off costs for shared items TV, Microwave etc)

Move in date is Sep/Oct (can be flexible)

We also have a small back patio which we can access through our rooms - perfect for bbqs and summer party’s :) 🪴

It’s a ground floor flat in a gated community ✨

- 5 min walk from Whitechapel station (which is goated because we have so many lines)
- 10 min walk from Bethnal Green Central
- 10 min walk from Bethnal Green overground

we have a big Sainsbury’s not even a 2 minute walk away and lots of gyms in the area :)
