Looking for someone to take over my room from October 20th

🛏️The room:
*Very spacious
*Has a balcony
*Double bed
*All the furniture you see in the pics is included (except for the fan but happy to sell it if you want it)

💸Rent/Bills:
*Deposit: £970
*Rent: £970/month
*Wifi: £8.75/month
*Gas/Electricity: Around £15/month (probably higher in the winter – I’m not sure how much because I have only been in the flat since April)
*Water: Around £26/month
*Council tax : band C
(The amounts are per person, not total)

🏡The flat:
*On the first floor of the building (the building has lifts)
*Separate bathroom/toilet
*You would be living with 3 other girls (all mid 20s)

📍Location:
*Closest tube stops are Whitechapel and Aldgate East
*5-minute walk away from Brick Lane

The contract is being renewed on the 20th of October, so you would be signing a new contract with the three girls who already live in the flat ☺️

About you:
We are looking for a working professional who is between 25-30 years old (women only). Everyone is super friendly (I am very sad to be leaving, I will miss those girls 🥲) and although we don't have a living room, we do hang and go out together ! But we're also each super into our alone time and respect each other's spaces and routines. So we are looking for someone who is like-minded ☀️

We really value cleanliness and keeping everything tidy, we find it very important to find someone who will clean up after themselves in shared spaces and put in the same amount of effort as everyone else to keep the flat clean 🧼
