I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious 4 bedroom flat on Clark Street, E1 (close to Central London and in Zone 2). The property is within walking distance of Whitechapel Station.

The room is available from the end of September. You’d be living with three other tenants in the flat, sharing the kitchen, bathroom and other communal spaces.

The rent is £750.

The flat is in a convenient location for commuting into central London and is close to local shops, restaurants and excellent transport links.

Council Tax Band: C

I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone who can replace me as a tenant, subject to the landlord’s agreement and the necessary tenancy arrangements.
