Twin room to share for 85£/W

Hi all,

It's gonna be available one single bed in a twin room (you will share the room with a 23years old Italian guy) starting from 15/16th of November.

The financial conditions are:
- Minimum staying: 1 month;
- Deposit: 2/3 weekly rent (depending on your reliability);
- You are allowed to pay the rent weekly (85£/w) or monthly (about 380 £/m) as you prefer.
- There is also a fee for the agency that is one weekly rent (85£).
- All the bills are included.

As you might have noticed on the pictures updated the twin room is nice, quite big (about 15 square meters) and furbished with a large closet (to be shared with your roommate), an internal store for each person (useful for luggage), two bedside tables (one for each person) and one table/desk (to be shared).

The flat is not huge but it's comfortable, friendly and furbished with all requirements staff. On the pictures uploaded you can have a look of the toilet and bathroom: the shower works properly. The kitchen and the dining room are always cleaned: we have a cleaning service every 2 weeks, and during this time we make sure to keep the common spaces tidy with weekly house duties. There are also a microwave, a washing machine and a full-equipped oven/grill(electric, no gas).

You will share the apartment with 7 people (English, Portuguese and Italian spoken languages), all professionals aged 23-35.
The position is suitable in zone 2. It's about 7-8 minutes walking to Whitechapel Tube station (District/ Hammersmith & City underground lines, and Overground) and 5 minutes to Stepney Green (District/Hammersmith & City). Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Liverpool Street are next and reachable by walking (about 20 minutes). As chipper solution on the main street (5 minutes walking) you can take the 25 bus line that goes on for 24hours.
