Description

3 of our housemates got themselves involved in some evangelical "movement" and are going to live on some farm in Hertfordshire. We've tried to convince them otherwise, but their commitment to the leader is apparently unbreakable, so we're looking to replace them very soon!

The rooms are available from next weekend, and you'd need to be able to move (or at least pay rent) from on or around then.

**Please don't call if you're interested, either message on SpareRoom or send me a text - my phone's been ringing constantly and I can't speak to everyone!**

There's one large double room, one small double room, and a single room, so hopefully one will be just right for you Goldilocks. They're all (conveniently) in our lovely house in Whitechapel.

The area is pretty amazing; it's well connected to everywhere in London, and within 10 minutes walk of the house are loads of great pubs/restaurants, and even a fairly decent club. I believe they recently caught Jack the Ripper too, so if you're a Victorian prostitute there's no issues there.

We're looking for a sociable person who's in a 9-5ish. The house is pretty quiet during the week, but at weekends we'll often have people over for drinks before we go out etc. We actually haven't had one for ages due to me having recurring nightmares about the colour of the kitchen floor, but we have occasional house parties (probably twice/three times a year tops).

The house itself is in need of a bit of love, although the bedrooms were all refurbished a couple of years ago so they're top-spec IKEA. Our kitchen also serves as our living room, since the capitalist pigs turned our living room into a bedroom; we've got a TV with Netflix/Xbox 360/Playstation 1, and some sofas we purloined.

The 3 people who'll still be living here when you move in are me; I'm Richard, 24, and work as a web developer. I enjoy techno, Chris Morris, and the poetry of WB Yeats.

There's Laura, 25, who works as a reporter for a newspaper in the middle of nowhere. She enjoys pubs, rubbish TV, and the biblical writings of St John.

And finally there's Stefano, 21, who is in uni doing sound engineering (I think). He enjoys sound, wine, olive oil, and the life and work of Robert Hooke.

Some of our interests might actually be specialist subjects from Mastermind, but we sounded pretty boring without some embellishment.

If you'd potentially like to come and live with us, send a message and we can arrange a viewing for one evening this week!
