The Room:
Large double room for rent in two floor flat in Whitechapel / Bethnal Green, sharing with 3 housemates available from 1st October.
The house has an incredible central location, 10 minutes walk from Brick Lane, Shoreditch High Street, Commercial Street and Aldgate.
A couple of minutes stroll away there is a large Sainsburys, a new gym, pubs, restaurants, a library, bank and busses.
The house is right around the corner from Whitechapel Overground, Bethnal Green tube station and National Rail.
The room is large and furnished with a double bed and mattress, two wardrobes, desk and vanity.

Rent is £545 per month, + occasional bills.

We also have a short term sub let available for a nice double bed room from Nov 1st to December 31st. If you are interested please contact us with 'SHORT TERM LET' in the top line. Room is 433 per month.

About us:
We are 1 female and 2 males, age range 21-26. We are Australian, Irish and Italian. We work in fashion, music and performance so tend to be busy and outgoing with our work.
We work during the week but tend to go out or have friends over on the weekend, so would like someone understanding of this.
We are also looking for someone clean, and who is willing to share in the housework.
The house is a home for us so we are looking for someone who is social, friendly, likes to enjoy a few drinks with each other, but who is also tidy and respectable of others privacy. This is very important to us: we all hang out mainly in our lovely kitchen and have the occasional ciggy and chat. The living room though has been turned into a bedroom by adding a rustic wooden shed. We still hang out to watch films and catch up sometimes but considering this is someone's room and not a proper common space.
