Big room available in friendly flat

Hey guys,

I am moving abroad for work very soon and the friend who wanted take the room has moved in with a partner instead.

I am leaving behind my comfortable, spacious room in the flat which I share with some really fun people. I am really sad to leave but I have no choice!

The room comes with a double bed, desk, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The flat consists of a shared lounge which is big enough to hold a dining table and sofas, a kitchen with all the amenities, separate WC, and bathroom with a bath and shower.

The flat is in a secure block five minutes walk from Whitechapel station and opposite the big Sainsbury's.

I am looking for a fun, social, person who enjoys nights in and nights out to equal measure. They need to be cleaner than a student and so willing to help with the up keep of the house.

You will be replacing me and so taking on two amazing house mates who are easy to get along with and enjoy cooking together, watching DVDs and going out but also have their own lives beyond the flat.

I start my new job on 1 October, so need someone to move in straight away.
